Ok where to start? The author can be nominated up as many as you want to! A specific story only could be submitted up to three times!!! Once all categories are filled up that category will be closed and in order to be in a category someone or yourself has to nominated you at least twice (make sense?) Only one author per category no double ups!!!!! Other than that it's your choice
